How we handle your data.
Who we are
This website (trivance.tech) is operated by Trivance Technologies LLP (“Trivance”, “we”, “us”), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India (LLPIN: ACY-4969), with its registered office in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are the data controller responsible for personal data processed through this site.
For any privacy question, contact us at hello@trivance.tech.
What we collect
We keep data collection deliberately minimal. We process:
- Analytics data — only after you accept cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source). See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies set.
- Contact details you choose to share — if you reach out by email, WhatsApp, or phone via the links on this site, we receive whatever you send us (your name, contact details, and the content of your message).
- Technical request data — to deliver and secure the site, our server necessarily handles standard request information (such as your IP address and browser type) at the moment of each request. We do not retain server access logs, and this data is not used to build profiles.
We do not knowingly collect special-category / sensitive personal data through this site.
Legal basis for processing
Under the GDPR, and on equivalent grounds under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), we rely on:
- Consent — for analytics cookies. You give it via the cookie banner and may withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests — for keeping the site secure, available, and protected against abuse.
- Taking steps at your request — when you contact us about working together.
How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and correspond with you.
- To measure and improve how the website performs (only with your consent).
- To keep the site secure, available, and free from abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed:
- Google (Google Analytics, and the embedded Google Maps in our contact panel) — see Google’s Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
Some of the service providers we rely on (such as Google) may process data on servers located outside India, under their own safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and applicable data-transfer mechanisms.
How long we keep it
- Analytics data — per Google Analytics retention settings (we configure the minimum practical period).
- Correspondence — for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Server access logs — not retained.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (GDPR and the DPDP Act), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update inaccurate data.
- Ask us to erase your data.
- Withdraw consent for analytics at any time (see below).
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf (DPDP Act).
To exercise any of these, email hello@trivance.tech. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority (in India, the Data Protection Board; in the EEA, your local supervisory authority).
Withdrawing cookie consent
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by declining cookies, clearing the
ga_consent cookie in your browser, or blocking cookies in your browser
settings. Once withdrawn, Google Analytics is no longer loaded. Full detail is in the
Cookie Policy.
Children
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children. Under the DPDP Act, we do not process children’s data without verifiable parental consent.
Security
We apply security-by-design practices to this site, including transport encryption (HTTPS), a strict content-security policy, and minimal data collection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the data we hold.
Grievance / Data Protection contact
For privacy concerns or to exercise your rights, contact our Grievance Officer, Garvit Sharma, at garvit@garvitsharma.in. We aim to respond to privacy requests within one working day and to resolve them within the timelines required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
