Soni Sharma is a capital markets technologist and platform architect with over fifteen years designing, building, and running the systems the trading floor depends on. At Trivance she shapes overall product architecture and go-to-market, bringing the structural discipline of regulated platform design to how the studio's products are built and taken to customers.
Her work sits where trading systems meet regulation. She has led delivery of regulatory reporting across the Dodd-Frank, ESMA, ASIC, SFTR, HKMA, and TRACE regimes — trade lifecycle event reporting, FpML generation, real-time and snapshot reporting, and price transparency data calculated and delivered directly to regulators. On the payments side she has led SWIFT MT-to-MX conversion and messaging platform delivery.
Technically she builds in Java and J2EE — Spring, MVC, SOA, microservices, REST services — across enterprise and proprietary trading data stores, with Calypso customisation and upgrade, ETL pipelines, and DevOps automation for production deployment. She has run three delivery teams concurrently and has designed business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks for regulated reporting platforms, where an outage carries reporting obligations of its own. That discipline — intraday and end-of-day controls, release planning, post-production verification — is what predictable delivery under regulatory deadline actually requires.
Her career spans global financial services technology: enterprise financial software, a global investment bank, and capital markets consultancy, across front-office and middle-office systems. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and is a member of Women in Technology.
Garvit Sharma is a technology entrepreneur and AI engineering leader with nearly two decades building and scaling enterprise platforms. At Trivance he leads product development across the studio's full range — AI and machine learning, SaaS platforms, cybersecurity, and EdTech — taking work from first concept through architecture, build, and production, with governance and security designed in rather than added after.
He has built AI-first products end to end: Real-Eye, a deepfake detection and image intelligence platform, and AiMantras, an AI-first learning platform and white-label LMS with generative course authoring. He has also architected enterprise retrieval-augmented generation systems with multi-LLM orchestration running in under two seconds. His work in digital trust extends to image forensics and takedown frameworks under India's IT Act and DPDP Act.
His delivery record spans global financial institutions: mission-critical systems processing over 20 million daily transactions, teams of 50 or more engineers, and cross-functional programmes across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, with the governance and release discipline that makes delivery predictable at scale. That work carried real regulatory weight under DPDP, GDPR, and MiFID II, and shaped the security-by-design, privacy-first stance Trivance now applies by default rather than on request.
Beyond the studio, he is the author of Mayajaal: Digital Arrest, a book on digital fraud and cyber deception, and appears on national television as a subject expert on deepfakes, AI, and cybersecurity. He is an alumnus of IIT Delhi's Technology & AI Leadership Programme, a certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer for AI Management Systems (PECB), and certified in AI Security & Governance, with PMP, TOGAF, PRINCE2, CSM, and ITIL credentials. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.

Prof. Arpan Kar is Full Professor in Information Systems in Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. He has a joint appointment in the Department of Management Studies and School of Artificial Intelligence. He chairs Information Systems Group and Corporate Affairs and is member of multiple administrative committees. He supports multiple ministries (DRDO, DST, MeitY, Telecom, NeGD, Cooperation) in different senior advisory/selection/policy committees and multiple universities (IITs/IIMs/etc) in faculty selection/promotion committees.
He works on the adoption, governance, appropriation and user experiences of DeepTech Technologies, Digital platforms, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation. As of 2026, he has authored over 250 scientific publications and patents with 40,000 citations and an H index of 75 (with a global rank of top 3000 scientists across all scientific disciplines). He has undertaken over 50 research, consultancy and training projects from organizations like BASF, PwC, Fidelity, EY, World Bank, Facebook, CIPPEC, Govt. of India (MeitY, DST, MoT, DRDO, MHRD, etc), which has generated revenue exceeding 300 Million INR.
He is the Editor for Analytics Section in Applied Operations & Analytics (T&F, OR Society). He is also Associate Editor in ABDC A journals like Communications of the AIS, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Global Journal of Flexible Systems Management, Int. J. of E-Govt Research, etc. He is in the Editorial Board for JSIS, GIQ, JBR, JGIM, etc. He was earlier the Editor in Chief of IJIM Data Insights (2020–2024) and Senior / Associate Editor in Decision Support Systems, International Journal of Information Management, Journal of Public Affairs and Sage Open. He has been a Guest Editor for ABDC A* journals like JAIS, DSS, IJIM and IMM and ABDC A ranked journals like ISF, AJIS, etc.
He received the Research Excellence Award by Clarivate for highest WoS citations from 2015–2020. He received the BK Birla Distinguished Researcher Award for the count of ABDC A* publications over 5 years. He received 3 Best Seller Awards from Ivey / Harvard / The Case Center for his teaching cases. He received over 20 other awards like 3 IFIP Best Paper awards, ACM ICEGOV Best Paper, Careers 360 Outstanding Researcher Award, Tata Consultancy Services Gold Medal, Project Management Institute Award, AIMS Best Researcher, IIT Delhi Teaching Excellence, etc.
